Annual Fund

Every University Liggett School education relies on the Annual Fund. More than 25% of the cost of each student's University Liggett School experience is paid for with tax-deductible gifts from faculty, staff, alumni, parents and friends of the school. Gifts to the Annual Fund have an immediate and direct impact on our students and help create an environment that nurtures our learners as they start a lifelong journey of discovery. Annual Fund gifts allow us to make upgrades to our classrooms, technology, and athletic facilities and support field trips, arts, music, and extracurricular activities. Your generosity ensures that we can continue our mission of advancing the passions of every student at University Liggett School.

Since its inception in 1878, University Liggett School has been committed to providing an exceptional education. Our wonderful community of parents, alumni, and friends helps bring the school's mission to life for every student. We are honored to have such incredible alumni support to continue University Liggett School's legacy of excellence.

2020-21 Annual Fund: Alumni Donor Honor Roll

The Leadership Circle is an important group of supporters whose leadership giving reflects an extraordinary commitment to the students and faculty of University Liggett School. By contributing an annual minimum gift of $1,000 during a fiscal year to support the Annual Fund, these generous individuals are recognized as members of the Leadership Circle and receive a variety of benefits.

Benefits of Membership:

  • An invitation to an annual reception hosted by the Head of School in the Spring
  • Recognition in University Liggett School publications
  • Periodic communications from the Head of School and Leadership
  • Special recognition throughout the year

The Annual Fund at University Liggett School is the foundation of all our fundraising. The Four-Week Parent Annual Fund Campaign runs from September 9 to October 7. Our goal is 100% participation from all families. Ninety-four percent of University Liggett School families gave to the campaign last year, the highest participation in the history of the school. This year our goal is to have every family participate.

The Senior Class Gift Fundraising Campaign encourages parents of the graduating class to honor their graduating seniors with a collective legacy gift to the school. Senior gifts contribute to the school's Annual Fund and are a meaningful way for parents to honor their graduates while leaving a legacy for future generations of University Liggett School students.
