Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning (CITL) launches educational podcast

The Center for Innovative Teaching & Learning (CITL) recently launched a new podcast — Making School Matter. The Making School Matter podcast is a journey towards the discovery of what we call the Liggett Approach, a student-centered vision of learning that is constantly evolving.

Through the podcast, CITL plans to explore best practices for engaging learners where they are and helping them get to where they want to be. In the first episode, host Michael Medvinsky talks with Upper School math teacher Sarah Nichols about the mathematical mindset, and how she incorporates problem-solving, place-based, and project-based approaches to advance her student's learning.
