ULS students earn superior marks at Michigan Thespian Festival

University Liggett School students earned nine superior and four excellent marks at the Michigan Thespian Festival on December 9 and 10th in Lansing. Senior Dahlia Medvinsky and junior Gio Thams were standouts at the Festival. Dahlia was recognized as one of the top 10 theater students in the state, earning a Thespian Scholarship Award and two superior rankings, one for a solo musical performance and one for duet musical performance with Gio. Gio also earned superior marks for his solo and duet musical performances. Also, attending the Festival and earning top marks were:

  *   Olivia Johnson ‘24: solo acting
  *   Angelina Randazzo ‘23 and Mark Saigh ‘24: short film
  *   Olivia Johnson’24 and Mallory Childs’24 : playwriting
  *   Bea Reilly ’24: solo acting
