2020 Alumni Weekend is Postponed
Will be held Homecoming weekend:
Friday, October 16 & Saturday, October 17
Due to the coronavirus pandemic and the need to remain socially distanced through the end of April (and possibly longer), we have decided that it is in everyone’s best interest for us to postpone our 2020 Alumni Weekend festivities.
We are still working out the details, but we plan to offer a fun array of events including our annual All-Alumni Cocktail Reception, our 2020 Distinguished Alumni Ceremony honoring Dr. Kristen Feemster ’91, Reunion Class Dinners and more during Homecoming weekend on Friday, October 16 & Saturday, October 17.
Many schools like ours combine their Alumni Weekend and Homecoming, and this gives us an excuse to try it out. It also gives you – our spirited alumni — a chance to spend Saturday, October 17 at school cheering on our Knights at the many sports events and activities that will occur that day. In addition, we will host our annual Alumni Athletic Hall of Fame on Friday, October 16.
It’s going to be a jam-packed weekend and we are all looking forward to seeing you here on campus … in person … in October.
All paid Alumni Weekend registrations will be refunded to the original payment method used. We will set up a new 2020 Alumni Weekend registration page in the coming weeks.
Thank you for your flexibility and please be sure to stay safe and healthy!
Join us at these local alumni events!
In addition to Alumni Weekend, the Alumni Athletic Hall of Fame and Homecoming we offer a number of local alumni events including social gatherings in Grosse Pointe, Detroit, and the metro Detroit areas. Through these events, you can stay connected and participate in Liggett life.

Alumni ARP Career Forum welcomes wide range of professionals to campus
On Tuesday, February 11th, a handful of fantastic alumni came to campus for the annual Alumni ARP Career Forum. This is an event where our current juniors, who are in the process of choosing their ARP topics, hear from alumni who work in various fields – from Dental to Engineering to Marketing and Food Inspection – and discuss with them project ideas and networking strategies. It’s always a great event and we love the alumni support! Check out the alumni gallery for pictures of this event
