2020-21 Patrons Program
The Patrons Program was created to support Liggett students in the arts. While this season may look a little different, your support of our Patrons’ Program allows us to continue to nurture and support our student’s passion for the arts. With social distance protocols in effect, we are limiting each performance to a maximum of 75 audience members. By becoming a Patron for the 2020-2021 school year, you have guaranteed a seat at these shows. In addition to your reserved ticket, all Patron supporters will receive a “goody bag” before their performance in place of our traditional dinner before the show.
Patron tickets are $50 each for the year. You can click the button below to purchase your tickets today.
We deeply appreciate your consideration, your flexibility and your support of the arts at ULS as we move through these unprecedented times.
Patrons of the Arts Sponsorship Opportunities
Another way to support our fantastic creative and performing arts program is to become a Patrons of the Arts Sponsor.
Sponsors receive an “above the title” notice on our posters, press releases, and in our program for the sponsored performance, a full-page advertisement in all of our performance programs for the year, and four tickets to the fall drama and spring musical.
$1,500 – Fall Play Sponsor Sponsorship for “Steel Magnolias” by Robert Harling. SOLD
$2,500 – Spring Musical Sponsor Sponsorship for the spring production of “Mama Mia!” with music and lyrics by Bjorn Ulvaeus and Benny Anderson.
Support of the Patrons' program helps with the critical costs of each production.

2020-21 Theater Policies and Protocols
Welcome To The Theater COVID-19 Style!
We are delighted to welcome you to our 2020-21 theater season. The Liggett Players have been working to bring to you this production of Steel Magnolias, and are excited that we will be together, face to face, in the theater once again. The following are key considerations as you make plans to attend the show.
Ticket Purchasing: we will be selling all tickets via our virtual box office and will not have an in-person box office in the lobby. Please visit seatyourself.biz/uls to order tickets. Be sure to print out your receipt/ ticket and bring it with you to the show.
Seating & Social Distancing: the Seat Yourself website will automatically socially distance family groups. You will be able to select seats for your group, and the system will block off seats around you! We will only sell 20% of the seats in the auditorium and plan to leave the first few rows empty to ensure the safety of performers and audience members.
Arrival & Seating: plan to arrive via the lower school entrance under the covered walkway. This will allow a line to form in a socially distant manner. Masks must be worn, and you should be prepared to answer the standard COVID protocol questions upon entrance.
- Are you well?
- Are you experiencing COVID-19 symptoms?
- Any COVID-19 exposure that you know of in the last two weeks?
Lobby & Facilities: we will not be serving concessions during the intermission, and will have more restroom facilities open for your use. To allow for social distancing during intermission we will have the lobby restrooms, the middle school restrooms, and the arts wing restrooms open for your convenience. For our more mobile patrons, we encourage you to enjoy a walk to the arts wing or middle school leaving the main lobby facilities for others.
Post Show: we will not be hosting our traditional meet and greet in the lobby after the show, and we encourage you to leave the theater and building so that we can clean for the next show.
