Helping students find their purpose and place in the world

University Liggett School’s comprehensive and personalized college guidance program provides unmatched attention to each student’s needs and interests, supporting them as they plan and apply to college. Our goal is to give each student the opportunity to attend a college or university that will allow them to accomplish amazing things.

With one counselor for every 35 students, our staff spends time building one-on-one relationships, stimulating our students' curiosities and helping them identify what life beyond Liggett has in store for them.

WHAT WE DO:

Provide support and guidance to each student and their family

Appreciate each student's interests and strengths

Compose personal and detailed letters of recommendation

Assist students with every part of the application process

Give insights on admissions, testing, financial aid, and athletic recruiting

Conduct application workshops for students and the adults who support them

OUR STUDENTS:

Our graduates attend a wide range of schools. The 83 students in the class of 2023 are attending more than 40 different institutions

Each graduating class receives more than $4M in Merit Scholarships

Average 7.5 completed applications per student

Are well-prepared to engaged in the most demanding college coursework
